Remaining residual is a single PSR-formula divergence (cascade PSR 1.4266 per spec vs worksheet-implied 1.4321, ~0.4%) that propagates to η_space at 0.2% and ~0.045 SAP. Three candidate root causes documented; investigation deferred to next session as the blocker for slice 102f's Layer 4 1e-4 chain test.
