Hard constraints documented for the next agent: - 6-fixture conformance ≤5e-3 W on every line (do not loosen tests). - Stop and ask the user after ~15 min of unsuccessful reconciliation or before scanning more than ~50 lines of spec PDF. - Don't touch the untracked `sap worksheets/` folder.
