ADR-0010 Amendment "Appendix L lighting (2026-05-22)": - Two engine bugs surfaced + fixed: cosine modulation integral (uniform +0.146% bias from continuous-formula vs Σ(L11 monthly)) and cert EPC under-lodgement (`build_epc()` skipped bulb counts + windows). - 000474 hits SAP integer delta=0 (first Elmhurst fixture across the gate). - 000490 SAP integer + fuel cost xfailed (strict) — Appendix L direction correct, other components broken (fuel pricing, Table D1-3 Ecodesign, main heating +2.5%).
