New `HANDOVER_POST_S0380_69.md` covers the 6 slices shipped this session — cert 000565 closure to sap_score=29 EXACT + main_heating_ co2_factor=0.1533 EXACT, Appendix H pure math module + orchestrator (magnitude calibration deferred on SAP 10.2 spec ambiguity), and the cohort-2 (38 cert) PE/CO2 golden-coverage addition.
