Khalim Conn-Kowlessar cf244762d5 Elmhurst 000474: §3 LINE_33 + LINE_37 close exactly 
Closes the second non-RR Elmhurst worksheet (mid-terrace, 3 parts).
LINE_33 (209.1084) and LINE_37 (232.1169) reproduce to 0.1 W/K.

Cert inputs lodged on the fixture:
  - Ext1 SapFloorDimension(is_exposed_floor=True) — Table 20 route
  - Ext2 ground floor (tiny 1.35 m², P=3.30) stays on Table 19 fn 1
    suspended-timber default for age B (cascade → U≈1.25, worksheet 1.25)
  - door_count=2 → 3.70 m² total door area
  - WINDOW_TOTAL_AREA_M2=11.72 split across two glazing types
    (Type 1: 6.22 m² post-2002 raw U=2.0, Type 2: 5.50 m² pre-2002 raw
    U=2.8). Area-weighted aggregate raw U=2.37 reproduces the worksheet's
    25.37 W/K through the curtain-resistance transform.

Shared packages

Workspace packages consumed by services/*. Each package is its own Python distribution with its own pyproject.toml; services import via the workspace dependency mechanism ({ workspace = true }).

Package Purpose
domain/ Shared domain types — Property, BaselinePerformance, Plan, Scenario, EpcPropertyData, etc. No persistence, no IO, no business logic.
repos/ Persistence layer — one repo per aggregate. Owns the SQL. Depends on domain.
fetchers/ External API clients (gov EPC, Ofgem, Google Solar, etc.). Depend on domain for response shapes.
utils/ Cross-cutting infra — logging, S3, CloudWatch URL builders, SQS task helpers.

Adding a new shared package

Only when a real second consumer materialises. Don't pre-shatter (repos-epc, repos-property, ...) — split when a deployment needs to drop a dep, not before.
