Mirror the cohort 000474/000477 mapper-vs-hand-built diff tests for cert U985-0001-000480 (mid-terrace, main + 1 extension + 19.83 m² RIR, gas combi). RED with 32 load-bearing divergences — wider than 000477 because of the second SapBuildingPart, the missing `extensions_count` mapping, an extra `roof_insulation_thickness` Cat-A gap on Main, and a wider 7-vs-2 sap_windows expansion.
